Our company will provide a complete infrastructure for your practice including network components, servers, desktops, and software, as well as provide management of your technology assets. Depending on your chosen interval we will replace and dispose of your I.T. assets affording you access to the latest technology.
Managed desktop services run the gamut from procurement, to installation, maintenance, and management. During the lifetime of your desktop workstation we will provide for patch and service pack management, as well as monitor and install updates when available. Your desktop environment will also be continually protected with anti-virus, as well as anti-spyware software, with the latest anti-virus definitions installed.
Your managed server solution in all inclusive of the same features as the managed desktop with enhancements in the area of memory and page file utilization, as well as continually monitoring your disk drive to warn of any impending failures. An important component of the managed desktop and managed server solution is the retirement, or decommissioning phase.
