Managed Information Technology Infrastructure  - OnCall

When you choose Oncore Associates as your solution provider you allow us to manage your Information Technology environment while you manage patient care. Our single point-of-contact solution allows you to outsource your technology acquisition, deployment, and support to one reliable company. During the course of your I.T. lifecycle we will provide proactive monitoring and protection of your network resources with our OnCall, support service. Included in the support service is a 24/7 service desk, as well as desk-side support if the situation warrants.

Our company will provide a complete infrastructure for your practice including network components, servers, desktops, and software, as well as provide management of your technology assets. Depending on your chosen interval we will replace and dispose of your I.T. assets affording you access to the latest technology.

Managed Desktop

Managed desktop services run the gamut from procurement, to installation, maintenance, and management. During the lifetime of your desktop workstation we will provide for patch and service pack management, as well as monitor and install updates when available. Your desktop environment will also be continually protected with anti-virus, as well as anti-spyware software, with the latest anti-virus definitions installed.

Managed Server

Your managed server solution in all inclusive of the same features as the managed desktop with enhancements in the area of memory and page file utilization, as well as continually monitoring your disk drive to warn of any impending failures. This enables you to achieve and maintain availability, as well as performance of your mission critical servers.

An important component of the managed desktop and managed server solution is the retirement, or decommissioning phase. At the end of your desktop and/or server lifecycle your data will be removed from the hard drive and the drive will be wiped per current Department of Defense recommended standards. You will be supplied with certification of this procedure for your records. This is in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Network and Domain Support

In addition to Desktop and Server support we provide domain support including user account management, password resets, as well as network share creation. Our network support includes connectivity issues regarding infrastructure, printers, and database.

Managed Backup and Storage

Your network environment is examined and the appropriate data backup and storage strategies are implemented. Whether you use an online data backup solution, a network attached device such as a Storage Area Network (SAN), disk-to-disk, or other media your backups will be scheduled and monitored ensuring that your data is accessible at all times. When any of the above strategies are utilized with our Electronic Medical Records implementation your patient records are always available and capable of being accessed remotely. Again, this is in accordance with HIPAA requirements as well as good practice.
