Oncore Associates is currently offering a messaging environment based on Microsoft Exchange Server allowing reliable, secure email communications between staff as well as patient. This hosted email also allows for archiving as well as electronic discovery capabilities. With option add-ons your staff can also access email via Blackberry, Treo, or Windows enabled devices. There is also support for the iPhone.

For larger organizations we offer SharePoint as a collaboration tool between staff members who may be located in multiple geographic locations affording an effective communications and document management environment. This is an especially effective method for marketing and human resources to share documents electronically without the need to send extensive email attachments.
